Rules & Regulations:
01. The institution timing: 8.00 AM to 1:30 PM
02. The parents are requested to send their children on time positively but not more than 15 minutes before the starting of the school.
03. Parents are requested to collect their children within 15 minutes just after the class is over.
04. Dress: The student will come up with proper dress.
Summer: White socks /stocking and white shoe. The color of the uniform will be cream for shirts / kamiz and navy blue for trousers / salwar and Dopatta.
Winter: White socks and black shoe. The color of the uniform will be cream for shirts / kamiz and navy blue for trouser / salwar and Dopatta and red pullover/cardigan/maroon/blazer (for college).

The student’s name should be embroidered on the pullover/cardigan.
05. The students are required to bring their own Tiffin. The Tiffin should be brought in a proper box with a napkin.
06. Teachers are forbidden from private tuition of the students of the institution. So, parents are requested not to insist any one for private tuition.
07. Diary must be checked by the parents regularly and signed whenever needed.
08. The personal information page of the diaries must be duly and completely checked by the parent/guardian.
09. There will be two major examinations and CTs (class test) on each subject (prior to each major examination) that the student would be required to appear at and pass. However, the teachers would consider and calculate the average result of the CT.

A. Major Examination = 80 marks.
B. CT (average marks) = 20 marks.
Total = 100 marks

Each academic year will be divided in two Terms –
A. Half-Yearly = January to June.
B. Final Term = July to December.

10. The Parents may meet the teacher on Thursday once a month after the class hour for half an hour. There is a system of fortnightly assessment. CT will be set at time and will be held out of 20 marks. The child’s score on these tests will continue to influence overall performance and ultimate promotion will be based on the Child’s overall performance.
11. At the end of each term, student’s progress will be assessed and reported and the parents will be invited to a parent -teacher meeting.
12. Parents – Day will be held before and after each major examination. Parents of the students of all classes are expected to come. Notice will be given in the diary and in the notice board.
13. The absent students must bring excuse letter on the day they return to school. The letter must state the reason of the absence of the student and must be signed by the guardian. The letter is to be given to the class teacher.
14. Extra care and regular remedial classes will be taken for potential students after the school hour for one hour or more.
15. Grading system:
A+ = 80 – 100
A = 70 – 79
A- = 60 – 69
B = 50 – 59

C = 40-49

F = 00 – 39

F is considered as a failing mark.
